Gayla

Gayla isn’t one for coloring inside the lines, so it was no surprise to her family and friends that she opened No Trace. She firmly believes that if everyone uses less plastic, we can help the planet—because small changes lead to significant impacts. 
 

No Trace wouldn’t be here without our Southwest Valley community! Thank you for supporting our local economy, people, and the planet!

April

The foundation of No Trace’s customer service philosophy is to build strong relationships with No Tracers and the communities in which we live. 

April helps us ensure that No Tracers have positive interactions and receive exceptional experiences when ordering online and visiting us at in-person events.

Jessica

Jessica’s creativity supersedes anything we’ve ever witnessed! A true artist whose skill and imagination bring the No Trace creative vision to life using sustainable and non-toxic materials. 

Whether she’s handwriting signage or sewing reusable bags, we’re incredibly grateful to have someone as talented as Jessica on our team! Jessica also assists with product testing.

Matt

A native of Arizona, Matt loves people and the planet! His affinity for pets, especially dogs, and his love for the great outdoors make his role at No Trace invaluable. 

As the Director of Strategic Growth, Matt ensures that our interactions with our No Tracers, the SW Valley community, the general public, and manufacturers adhere to our firm belief that people and the planet come before profit. 

Matt also helps identify new products and builds and maintains partnerships within our community.

Miguel

A true artist and quiet supporter of plastic-free living, Miguel is No Trace’s Chief Marketing Officer. 

From ensuring we connect with our local community in organic ways to developing campaigns highlighting our product offerings, Miguel is instrumental in aligning our initiatives with our brand identity and messaging. 

Miguel also assists with product research and testing.

Nikole

She wears many hats! Nikole is our biggest cheerleader and supporter of No Trace. 

When Gayla told Nikole about wanting to start a zero-waste store, Nikole didn’t laugh or think Gayla had lost her mind. Nikole thought it was a fantastic idea and asked how she could help. 

From brainstorming to viewing draft content to showing up at events and everything in between, that’s Nikole! She’s more than a consultant. She’s a superstar. We’re very fortunate to have her on the team.

Sophia

Sophia is a talented artist who assists with special projects such as social media ideation, handwritten greeting cards, and signage and labels for pop-up markets. 

Sophia’s beautiful penmanship and content creation were instrumental in No Trace’s early days. We’re incredibly grateful to have her on the team!
