Shipping Returns:

• Unopened items in new condition with original packaging are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Returned shipping charges are at the customer's expense including any shipping or customs charges that may incur. If returned items are used, damaged or incomplete, an exchange will not be possible. Please email us at info@mynotrace.com to initiate a return.

Shipping is available via USPS. Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. We recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail. Parcel Post and 1st Class USPS shipping is not insured. If your order is damaged upon arrival, save the box and all packing materials as photos are required by USPS for reimbursement claims. *No Trace is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.*

• Keep out of the reach of children. Keep out of eyes. If the soap gets in the eyes, gently flush with clean water. The DISH BLOCK® dish soap bar is very solid and not designed to be cut safely. Dishes will get slippery when soapy and wet. Do not leave the dish soap sitting in a pool of water. It needs to stay drained and dry between uses.
• Test in an inconspicuous spot for new materials you wish to use it on to ensure compatibility. It is not recommended for delicate fabrics with naturally dyed products or use on porous stone surfaces such as granite, quartz, or marble. We do not guarantee the compatibility with all materials.
